I think you might enjoy this show (this weekend): Two More Splendid Days at Paradise City Arts Festival (Marlborough

Hello friends!

This is a heads-up for an event this weekend that I thought you’d be interested in checking out.

Paradise City Arts Festival (Marlborough this weekend, Northampton later this Spring) is an amazing collection of people, things, music, conversation … and stuff to admire or buy for yourself or others. Choose your budget and find something awesome (or just have a really great time looking, talking, learning, and bopping around).

I’m going tomorrow (Sunday). You should go too!! There are links to exhibitors, highlights, coupons, directions etc in the newsletter below. If for some reason you want to go straight to their website, it’s www.paradisecityarts.com.

Happy Spring!!

Paradise City Art Festivals 2013 - fairs of fine and functional art

march 21, 22, 23 • royal plaza trade center • marlborough, ma

Yesterday was my first chance to walk the entire Paradise City Arts Festival – what a gorgeous show it is! If you were there yesterday and enjoyed it as much as I did, I hope you’re telling your friends or passing this email along.

Didn’t get there Friday?

You have two more days to check out this awesome collection of outstanding craft designers, painters and sculptors from all over the country.

And what a perfect way to spend the first weekend of Spring! Inside Paradise City there are flowers blooming (even if some of them are six feet tall and made of metal), color is everywhere and the weather is just fine. I’ve already fallen in love with some of the spectacular new furniture, like Larry Elardo’s sculptural ceramic, glass and wood desk and Joel Mark’s polished and highly original cabinets and tables. The selection of jewelry includes some of the best work I’ve seen. And as an artist, I find myself positively inspired by everything on display this weekend.

Plus there’s Motown and Swing by The O-Tones and fabulous vocals by Barbara Ween and Cafe Society. While you’re there, don’t miss the highly entertaining special exhibit, ‘Laughing Matters!’. And there’s always free parking.

This show kicks off our 2014 season! Whether you live in the Boston area, or you’re contemplating a day trip or overnight from anywhere in the Northeast, we’d love to see you. We’re open today from 10am to 6pm, and Sunday from 11am to 5pm.

Don’t forget your discount admission coupon!
